Your legacy

didn't knew you, but you were great
They say
But I don’t remember it. I just knew how you died
I say
You and your daughter were there waiting for your killer
You wouldn't have known who killed you
You would have been dead
They say
But it doesn't matter how you died or who killed you
It is your legacy which matters
You were a great doctor,
A cardiologist
Who saved many lives,
But I don’t remember that
I only knew how you died
Or where you died
Not what you left behind
